I believe VA loans have the same bonus.

Of course they asked for us to sign up for the Mastery program for $35K which I declined, which turned out to be the right thing to do after I read all about it here at BP forums :) As a matter of fact I ran into BP while I was searching for some reviews on the Mastery program. 

If you sign up for the free account and enter a house w/some characteristics (i.e bdrm, square footage), they will give you an estimate.

Self employed borrowers and REI borrowers income is just a tad bit more complex than a typical salary/overtime/bonus/commission type of "employee."

Also don't sign up for any webinars where they talk about giving away free stuff,they'll just give you the basics of their course they're trying to sell.
