Tenant Management: What have you learned about managing tenants effectively while sharing the same property?

@Jonathan Greene Thanks for sharing I'll look into those neighborhoods. 

I have put together a "packet" for the appraisers before when they come on-site that shares details about the property (rents, square footage, etc..) and I also share a few "target properties" (aka comps) that I modeled after as a "suggestion" to them.

Hoping to gain insightful information as well as share some of my own!

Plus with larger properties, a few families can split/share the cost to rent.

Hello Community,I'm seeking guidance on refinancing a property with an owner-financed loan that's nearing its maturity.

I also work with a realtor that shares his insights and does a little bit of the digging for me. 

You also mention the low fee of $50 / month for HOA fees and though it may look very cheap on the surface, you have no idea how the communities financials have performed over the last few years and you may have HOA fee increases annually.
