Tianyun Zhang if you have no experience buying real estate I would suggest stopping and not buying.

He suggested shopping around with other GC's to see if they could beat the numbers he was getting.

I know Georgetown is doing well but if they have a track record like their website suggests then they should have no problem pulling in money from folks that they have done well by.

We used the notebook method with everyone and most suggested a new rent higher than the one we had in mind.

He tells me they are the most reputable companies in the area, blah blah, to trust him, and I won’t find a better price anywhere (true, their google reviews are top notch and they are a relatively larger company, which I normally don’t like frankly price-wise.
