I’ve been lurking on bigger pockets for a while now, just “researching” before diving into real estate investing.

We are super excited to start this adventure and have been doing lots of research.

After further research, I have been told by more than one lender that you have to wait one year to refinance the property to get the initial cash out.

I did some more research and it looks like in Colorado you can charge them a reasonable amount for the time it takes us to clean and repair which we definitely will do and if they're not ready for a final walk through(which apparently we aren't required to do) then they don't get one after May 31. 

My secondary vehicle is wholesale; which I have begun my research on first to at least generate some income. 

Hey BP, I’ve been doing research and keep hearing and reading “actually getting started”, as in buying a rental or BURRR or flip and hold, etc., is better than endlessly researching and analysis paralysis.

So I have been researching the idea of Tax Lien and notes and for ease of gathering data I have been using Miami's city run website that lists all the past due tax amounts.
