The dog citations were in court at the same time, and it is relevant because it worked to get us a quicker return date (so much damage) It does matter if there are unsanitary conditions, like a sink full of dishes if they have been there for weeks and attract rodents.

I think the book costs like $30 and would be a good investment for you Rich.I skimmed the relevant pages and he argues that self insurance is likely the best type BUT that you should still have liability insurance in case someone gets hurt.
