Hustle can take you a long way in this world, but if your plan is to sit back and wait for someone with tons of experience to find you, drop everything, and teach you everything, I think you're going to be waiting a long time.Get out there and make it happen.

There are many STRs sitting empty and people are not taking trips, at least not to where my STRs are located.

Even if I had to significantly reduce market rents, with higher CoC of 100+% we would be sitting pretty in the property. 

That money could be sitting in your bank account, working for you by helping you to grow your portfolio, or at the very least, it could be earning you interest.

Luckily For you a lot of people are sitting around with nothing to do so maybe they won’t be mad as usually I would say you are just wasting everybody’s time.
