Looking to do a bunch over the next few months and want some input on best way to protect ourselves and those who partner with us.Should we set up new LLC's, partnership agreements, separate accounts or joint account for property, etc???

If I begin flipping, what possible issues could I be potentially exposing myself to that insurance may not protect me from and are these issues something that should concern me or are they low probability issues?

If he/she can't accept you wholesaling, and you're committed to it, then perhaps you might want to consider switching to a broker which is OK w/ it.

Of course you can switch up strategies down the road if you find that the one you're in doesn't suit you, but this at least gives a plan of action to getting your feet wet.

My plan is to get enough cash flow going with these C properties, and then switch to B class soon to get more appreciation.I'd be in it for $43k, but would likely rent it for at least 5 years and then upgrade it or keep renting it.
