We just got our offer accepted on a house in Centerville with a MIL and I just got off the phone with zoning who told me they are "prohibited, unapproved, but enforced only by complaint" I need to know from people who have this setup in non legal fashion  what complications have arisen, how to prevent complaints and how to find renters if it is not technically legal.

While the moratoriums are designed to prevent / reduce evictions due to financial issues, it is still viable in most states to evict for blatant lease violations.

Is there any way to be proactive and prevent any major damages to those?

I'm worried I have to deal with in my entire life.Can termites prevention acts such as ventilation, dehumidification, etc. in the crawl space keep termites at bay?

So I think I am left with two issues:Determining if a lawyer/investment verification platform would agree that I am a license holder in good standing if I am claiming this state registration exemption.Finding the most efficient way to renew my license (or prevent expiration).
