It is something that needs to be a priority, and just like a high percentage of people that have different jobs (chef, doctor, police officer, nurse, etc.) they do not put investing as a priority.

It is just a hard thing to police in a rapidly growing company and harder still when new recruits are then taught those methods.

I did have the police call regarding a voucher that looks like a check that was cashed by a check cashing company for 500.00.

Maybe talk to the police department and see where they have a lot of problems?

(you got it 1/2 off last year and maybe there is some institutional memory about cars on the lawn or boarded up windows; something else involving yellow police tape or worse.
