So - when you signed up, did you choose the $19,95 monthly option and then they correct it on the back end?  

So, I do not see the issue.

I double check all title work and coordinate closing so nothing is missed.

I do my own property management, so I don't really have any recommendations of property managers. 

I've been pretty successful doing that and have done so in different parts of town here over the years.  

Just a couple of years ago, many PMCs and DIY landlords required an application to schedule a showing.Days on Market are up over 38% in the last 2 years, so many are becoming more flexible to get more activity on the vacant rentals.

Jersey City is 70 percent renters so a great area to invest in.

But keep in mind they sell title insurance so they might only encourage that you buy a policy. 

It feels so easy and like a dream!
