Needs mainly cosmetic repairs, paint, carpet, kitchen, bathroom, lights, gutters and flooring.

My uncle has a property that has one tenant upstairs already paying $700 a month and could rent the downstairs after some painting and light renovations for another $750.  

I am currently rehabbing the home, refinishing flooring, paint, and making the basement a rec room.

Some times you are paying 3x for someone's nephew to clean the snow and 5x for someones brother to paint.5.

Is the plumbing old or the house full of lead paint.

A building two blocks from my four plex in Crystal, has a newly painted exterior, decent looking apartments the same size, but with worse looking vinyl windows, no garage, and rents at least $100.00 per unit below mine.
