Develop a model to use in that phase and then go out looking.  

My main area of expertise is Oil & Gas exploration/production, however, I have two partners that have convinced me to join in on a commercial development project.

This is what I have been contemplating for some time and just now decided to begin by joining others who have years of knowledge and expertise.
