I think staying on the market from November - January is not going to be ideal for your pricing integrity.

Most people could ask; what would someone fresh out of high school offer but I think you would have a fresh outlook on a younger demographic so you could offer to manage someone’s social media if that’s in your wheel house.instead of asking for people to take you under their wing try and find a need that you can fill to add value to their story.Failure is guaranteed in this business but that’s far better than never getting started and I’m sure most people here wished we got started when you did.

If you want to have true automation and peace of mind pay for a PMS with API integration. 

Use social media, paid advertising, secondary booking sites, direct email, forum discussions, chamber of commerce, etc.Listen, STR is NOT a stand alone INVESTMENT like LTR.  

Connect with others and post on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. 

That's what I did for my properties and it worked great.When Roku is integrated into the tv it reduces the number issues you might have to deal with.  

I agree 100% with @Eliott Elias & @Michael BrattelliI'd also recommend you make a list of all contacts from your phone, Social media, and other acquaintances.

(IE social media, carpentry, crunching numbers, etc.) 

This is just a reality of what you face with some companies and even some individuals who use the word turnkey to promote what they do.Spot on - I find myself in exactly this situation, ticking off all these boxes with a so called  "turnkey" company that lacks any integrity and is not interested in its reputation at all.
