The fundamentals are the same. it’s still ground up outside in but there is a whole lot to know.The best way to get started is to find a mentor to help you do some smaller projects and scale from there.

Investors aren't interested in those deals at all, let alone after you add a markup onto them.You need to know a lot to do that job.
