Got approved for an HM Loan, and it mentions that the construction portion of the funding will be held and construction draw requests will be sent accordingly.

I agree with Ko. my first thought was that you could try to find a small multi-family to purchase with a low down payment loan. 

One, you will get a lower interest rate than an investment loan.

This is so important.4- Some platforms let you build pages, some let you build landing pages which are really just web pages that are designed for specific keyword phrases and sometimes don't include navigation menus to keep your leads from clicking to another page on your website.

I would be looking at using the VA home loan as this is why I would be looking at living in the place for a year.

Are there any $50-60k minimum loan amount lenders?

I wouldn't do a personal or private loan right out of the gate

@Joshua Jacobs- are you looking for a loan to help buy an investment  proeprty ? 

Or at least offset the tax we would have to pay on the interest we make from the loan?
