The better the credit the higher the loan to value would strengthen the deal. 

Hello, I’m going to be purchasing my first owner finance deal this year in San Antonio.

Take the profits from the AirBnb and roll them into apartments.Apartments may take longer to create equity, but I'd rather do one 50 unit deal than several smaller deals.

As you will deal with every horrible thing in life.... tenants disputes, sleazy contractors, the city who hates your grass, everyone has a sob story and can't pay rent, be emotional ready for evictions and threats, and know your lease and local laws.

I talked with Ryan quite a bit and he said that they would do deals with us and would sponsor us and wanted more than anything to help us get into our first deal.
