I love my job as it challenging and helping me build my career within my industry.

I'm thankful he left when we told him to, the worst thing I think (besides not mowing the lawn for the 5 months he was there, and leaving piles of garbage) would be this: a huge industrial sized eye bolt used as the center support for the drapes, not sure if he was hanging iron curtains or what.

Like I mentioned, I have taken classes and have been speaking with multiple people in the industry about the market and different avenues to go.And to touch on my situation, it's most definitely not that unique but as we all know it's the individual that makes things happen, not the situation.

Over the course of the past two weeks I became interested in the real estate industry, specifically investing in properties.
