With STR, you can often turn a dud property into a cash cow.If it's not in an ideal STR location, you could advertise it to a buyer who maybe lacks the credit score to be approved, but wants to own.

Ideally would be okay with lending to LLC or at least being okay with LLC holding title of property

Ideally they will have MLS access since I need historical comps, and that is the easiest way to find it.
