-Hosts must allow the County to inspect the residential units without advance notice.

I posted on a local host Facebook group also and it seems like I will be required to have my own policy.   

Was just wondering what other Hosts have experienced in the market.  

You start a new account or add the property to your existing host account, cancel and rebook the existing reservations on the new one.

For the host who missed that this a) at minimum, would not be received well, and b) is just flat wrong, sheesh!

There are also a lot of learning opportunities during those first few months of being a host.
