I think if you have the space and it will be convenient and functional to the owners, you need to add one.  

This allows them to get the cash they wanted and while conveniently selling their home.

Also-if you don't see any data for your area you can email them your info and they will quickly post home data for your area and email you within a day or two. pretty convenient.

Many people are paid near the beginning of the month and find an earlier due date more convenient.

Do you just eat the charge for the convenience of getting paid directly and having the credit card deposited right into your account, or do you pass this charge on to the tenant?

I will say that a Best reason to invest right now is the fact that the pricing we're seeing today is not going to last much longer so there really should be a sense of urgency in your investing today.I really believe that the people that loaded up on houses during this 5 to 6 year bust period are going to be sitting awfully good in another 3 or 4 years - if they aren't already.....I only wish that I had bought a lot more homes during the bust period in the area I'm buying now because they're so much more convenient when they're within 10 minutes from your home.

It doesn't help that Cudahy and So Milw have no convenient freeway access to get to better employment centers.

The house was decent and the location was convenient, but the neighborhood was quite lacking.   

You should set up an irrigation system using PEX tubing, it will be cheap, convenient, and self sustainable. 

It might be more convenient for the seller, but not for you , sorry.
