The seller agent usually gets a listing at 4 5 or 6 percent and shares some of that commission with a cooperating buyers agent. 

I am not a veteran at this for sure, but more than happy to share what I have learned and share with you what not to do.

You do not need to share your Wholesale fees or Rehabbing profits with your Broker.  

I was wondering if any more experienced members would be willing to share their stories about flips gone wrong, mistakes a beginner might make during the rehab, and stories about problems they have overcome to reach success?
