If your buyer doesn't know and isnt willing to figure it out then you could just find one that will but again I dont know the standard business workings inside and out so take this with a grain of salt

I am not a wholesaler so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I would tell him. 

Several of the neighbors pitched in together and we hired a professional to take care of the problem.Squirrels... not as bad, but don't give them access to food or they'll become a problem.

We give about $300 of that to the church, $100 to sponsor two children through Food for the Hungry, and $100 to sponsor our friends who are Christian missionaries in Europe.

I'm not sure Jay.. it seems like every time I go to Vegas, my net worth drops by $2-3K ;) Never been an issue with me as I don't gamble.. but I have had a few dinners for 4 that were 2k  LOL.. cheap food and Vegas is a thing WAY in the past.. now its as expensive if not more than any place in the country or world.. at least the celebrity chef type places at the major Casino's.I went into one fish restaurant they have this great display of dead fish and there is a price tag by the fish I thought that was price PER fish turned out to be price per pound.. so my 68 dollar snapper was 4 pds and I paid 300 bucks for one fish..

You MUST hire someone else to pull the permit for the legal entity...and usually, there is an upcharge by the contractor for this process.Just some food for thought....

It came off as very fake and cultish but some people really vibe with that so take my opinion on that with a grain of salt.That being said Keller Williams does reward agents who are very motivated and move a lot of volume.

I am a newb and I am not sure what your experience is in the real estate investing world so take it with a grain of salt.

If I hit $7k per unit in the bank and the properties stable, the rest can be overflowed to principle or saved for a future down payment.Just some food for thought.
