This is certainly an additional cost to you but part and parcel to the rental game.

I’ve seen plenty of sites offering loans, but I don’t know what to look for.

Foxconn and Amazon are definitely game changers, and this is not like Detroit. 

Many of them offer market syndication for your property, which means that with one click your property is listed on all of the major rental sites (apartments.com, zumper.com, rent.com, etc.).

I just started listening to podcasts and use any spare time I have trying to be a student of the game.

Usually the MLS will give you the option to populate onto those other sites (depending on your area) so people searching those sites will see both and go for the cheaper one.

Although I am an infant at this game, I have a lot of beliefs and diet tips to maximize your brains potential and your bodies health.1.)
