I do have a solid plan and I'm very confident in making a purchase I wont hesitate.

The worst deal was probably a forclosure that I bought in 2012 and it needed extensive work - at the time we had already gotten good at rehabs and I got a little too confident with what we can do and I took on a house that was in really bad shape and needed a huge amount of work. 

I fell confident in the market and I expect the rates and economy to slow down our market and help us normalize to a proper appreciation and inventory levels.

I'm pretty sure I did, I was successful in contacting Aaron Norris, his brother and he was the one who gave me the attorney so I'm pretty confident I was speaking to the right attorney.
