Keep putting yourself out there and connecting with people on bigger pockets... surround yourself with people who are smarter than you are and that have similar goals in life....read books that will change your mindset....Rich dad poor dad is a good place to start.....go to your local REIA group and meet people in your area....I have yet to do that but that is on my schedule.....Best to you both!

Perhaps someone like Rich or Jim, who own properties in multiple states, can answer this.Regarding the bank account, I have always had a Nevada bank account for my Navada corporations (BofA) and never had a problem receiving payments from throughout the country and depositing it into the account.

right now i use direct mail but most of the people dont seem very motivated. i went to a rich dad program a while ago  and they said that you should have 7 ways of advertising. which ones do you use?
