I'm looking for a PM group that has a reasonable monthly rate, manages tenant selection well, addresses property issues with quality, and conscientiously and actively turns properties when vacant. 

That's how you create the spread to BRRRR or flip RE. 

Depending on your exit strategy you would execute as normal to flip or Refinance after Rehab with the BRRRR Method on this type of a property. 

It really doesn't seem like a big deal but I have never used one of these systems myself and don't know if there may be future problems with leaking or water pressure/flow issues.

Heck, we have two flip properties listed on the MLS for just under $250k that we will instead rent for $1500 per month if they don't sell in the next 1-2 months.  

We have no interest to get a new junk of this same company but like to hear some feedback from investor follows and electric engineer.Do you think the motor be changed to a non-change speed will resolve the issue?
