So, I would find a handyman or something who could do that or maybe first just have the cleaning person try a product by hand meant to remove scratches which I think does the same thing but with manual scrubbing.

In fact it can be an inverse function of rent.  2 properties otherwise the same one in c- area the other in A- area.  

So, while I agree door count isn't a useful metric for making day to day decisions, I don't think its the plague you seem to believe it to be.

I'd say your best strategy would be for a furnished rental either listing on Furnished Finder, Airbnb 30+ day stays, VRBO, or some of the other listing sites. 

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but just to add my experiences- I feel so betrayed and scammed and like a fool despite having the same though process as Heath Jones did

As far as I understand I give them a 7 day notice and they get 30 days to leave after the 7 days.

That same concept could be used on a going forward basis as well.  

So, you need more income:1) Day job2) Wholesale real estate3) Flip real estate4) Can you do handyman work for other investors & Realtors?

I would guess the same as they have always been.
