Depending on how you feel about the tenants you can make a decision to extend their lease but under new provisions implemented by you.  

I have looked at business credit lately and the way they look at you with business credit is if you make timely payments to pay off credit extended. 

I am going to tell the seller I want him to agree to extend the option period to 30 days after he gets me all of the documents agreed to in our contract.

Since we're starting out we figured this strategy would be best to initially grow the business, albeit slowly to not over-extend ourselves.  

I currently outsource all of my eviction processing to 3rd party eviction attorneys and management companies.Once the eviction is set up I then hire All Seasons Eviction to handle the job of the hands on eviction.Note, from beginning to end this will take no less than 60 days and could extend to 120 days depending on the situation.I will provide a few companies that have proven to be worth the money.The process is simple, it's just timely and every step must be followed to the letter or the law or you waste another month.I advise all to have them evicted prior to possession to remove the headache prior to ownership.Conveyed free and clear of all tenants and lease agreements.I hope this helps.  

I thought about extending the pergo but not 100% certain if I should run it throughout the whole house. 

I can raise an interest rate or extend the term to cover the entire 100k price, even with my 20k release fee. 

My father was in the insurance industry and strongly recommended we stay with MetLife as we have guaranteed replacement coverage with no cap where as most insurance companies will only do extended replacement up to 125 or 150%.

 Anyone have first hand experience w/the Scott Yancey seminars and or the follow up programs that are offered?What was your experience? Would You recommend the people and follow up programs for successful investing?
