@Chandra Mcculloch - our response rate on direct mail is admittedly bad, we have much more success doing calls and we are working on establishing an online SEO presence (not there yet, but see the value).We've also recently tested handwritten notes to a small group around our current jobs.

At the time the seller and I established a price last fall, the county had the properties listed as owing just under $5,000 each.

And, we would have an established $100,000 in equity which can be borrowed against (I think?)

My questions are:Would we be able to claim residency in the state of Ohio while living in CT full time with an established LLC here?
