An occasional rip in the felt is worth several $ thousand a year in new revenue, although I don’t recall any such repairs in the last 10 years.People do play on their devices, but like some element of novelty - that is why they are renting a cabin to begin with.We had a client in the Blackbear Falls area with no game table.

The unit has also been tested for environmental issues and moisture was below "dry levels" and indoor air quality levels were okay though CO2 levels were just above guidelines in some rooms.The tenant is known to use a lot of candles, we're wondering if this could cause this.Does anyone have any ideas?

@Anita Parsa the only thing you need to be afraid of is going at it with no education and no team supporting you.I have found that these two elements mitigate the fear AND risk factors.

I dug around a bit and found there isn't much of an update (most recently updated article linked below): it seems that the Morris family is still in Portugal and purporting to be victims, some of the lawsuits have been dropped (or dismissed in part - the one I skimmed was partially dismissed because the claim didn't allege all of the elements of the asserted wrongdoings), and some of them seem to still be awaiting for Clayton to return to be able to serve him.Clayton Morris And The Morris Invest Fraud AccusationsInvestFourMore(Last Updated on February 17, 2022 by Mark Ferguson):He still promotes buying out-of-state turnkey rental properties.

Before buying you need to estimate each element that makes up the expenses.  2nd, I find it more difficult to stay within 50% on lower rent houses.
