They do not usually get them once a Buyer is engaged and most buyers would not agree to allow a Seller to conduct due diligence for them.

One last thing is always think about the economies of scale you should be able to capture if you are working or engaging with a quality or well organized turnkey provider.

Experienced landlords normally don't engage in this practice.
