Here's some info to get started:we live in Mainewe would want to be able to rent it out by the week obviously, so no restrictions.MUST be oceanfront - this thing might not cash flow, but I'd like it to be very desirable and I keep reading that one should buy the best you can afford (as in oceanfront) simply because they tend to hold value, appreciate, etc.I like east coast, but either would be acceptable.MUST be reliably warm.

That is precisely why it is riskier from the lender's perspective (remember this vendor is in, or past,  a pre-sale redemption period) and why they are not going to be warm and fuzzy about it.

The other company says that it is safe to be in the house but that the individual should not sleep in the first floor bedroom while the fans/dehumidifier are working because it's noisy and warm. 3 - Does anyone have experience with sewer back up and have a recommendation of how extensive the restoration needs to be?

One of my friends was telling me of a report that says in Georgia we have one of the most biggest shortages of inventory to demand in the country for houses right now.Any of the warm belt states are seeing pretty good growth.
