I just did a job transfer ( by choice family reasons) from huntsville alabama  the economy in huntsville is starting to really expand  so all those  people in those new jobs are going to need some type of housing   bottom line is look for markets where large employers have moved into  look at  ecconomic groath for your desired areas

I believe my education, skillset and desire will help me build a foundation to grow upon.  

Citrus park is a great area and I think will become more desirable as Tampa becomes more developed.

Now I do the occasional large deal ( tens of millions in price) but main focus is retail NNN about 2 million and up minimum.Generally I have to review the potential clients financials and then hop on call with them to discuss their specific goals and opportunities within their net worth range, desired area range, and property type desired.My specialty is commercial NNN properties STNL ( single tenant) and (multi-tenant) nationwide.

It has five bedrooms two baths, is in a desirable area for renting and also has above ground pool.

As I alluded to previously, a “why” is what drives your desire to be an investor and keeps you going when times get tough.

If it is not something you desire or really want to do, then it will be just another job.

I think it makes the most sense to invest in the US and vacation wherever you so desire!
