@Chet Mazur I can see where it would be a hassle to switch over but I am still starting out so using an online platform wouldn't be very painful. 

I've spent the last year trying to build new relationships online and BP is by far the best platform I've found to do it.

Not looking for anything in particular on Bigger Pockets but am interested in this concept and platform.

I have to say that this is the best platform to learn and educate about RE.

I think these platforms are going to get themselves in trouble if they don't make some changes.

He has done a few contracts for me and gave me a decent rate.

Is a 4 bedroom big backyard, 3 floor, single family house and it was just too much space for us. we found a nice big family that pays us decent rent( $1100) over our mortgage and we could not be happier.

White label platforms done the right way will attract a whole new caliber of issuer to the space.  

After reading through blogs and articles I realized how great of a platform this truly is and the potential that it offers.
