If the tenant only has double the rent in income and then has a car payment, credit cards, etc I would be concerned that if the tenant has any kind of minor crisis the tenant would not be able to afford the rent.

Get a credit card and carry a small balance and pay on it regularly.

I'm about to order new business cards and I'm stuck on what title to give myself.

I know I opened a credit card halfway through college to start to build credit and also interned at the same company for 2+ years during school so I don't necessarily know if those aspects helped me qualify or if you would be able to qualify just by having a full time job right out of school.

Does anyone know if you can convert traditional washers and dryers into card operated machines?  

If you have credit card or other high interest debt, I'd pay that down.

The worst part about it is after I mail them a check (they don't accept credit card) it took them two weeks to send me what I need!
