Experienced folks from the local market were chiming in and criticizing the wholesaler, saying he didn’t know enough to handle that property, what he was doing was brokering without a license, etc. and other wholesalers were chiming in supporting the first-time wholesaler saying it’s not that hard don’t listen to the haters etc.

If you state that something critical to habitation, such as working toilets don't exist, the house is hanging half off a cliff, or so far we've counted 5,216 rats,  I'm guessing they will send you a work order and inspection requirement.
