Before looking too closely at the operating numbers, you need to know what the market is.On 1-4 unit properties, the value will come from comparables in the area.  

This helped me out tremendously.I don't know that I want to continue to invest in my current town since we will only be here temporarily but I do know that I want to continue to invest and buy properties.
