We had to jack the house in order to change the sill as well as level the house.

Nothing is owed on the inherited property.My question is, with the costs of building new still relatively high, would it be better to subdivide and build on the current property or use the equity of the inherited property to buy another separate income property?

The property is off a "main road" that goes through town and it is not a city owned street. 

My wife and I own four units and we’re making the jump to double digits.

I saw some old negative posts on BP about Blue Gate but nothing within last 2 years and I didn't find info on the others. 

Once the moratorium is lifted (and rent still has not been paid), then I can post a Notice to Vacate and proceed with filing an eviction. 

The seller will also be incentivized to extend their seller carry if there’s been no appreciation or the building has deteriorated during those 5 years. they haven’t sold the house in 90 days not a hot area.

It will be paid off in the next 10 months.
