CABINETS:--> All cabinets, in the bathroom and kitchen, can be sanded and painted black

This subject is black and white in my opinion.

I'm also doing more normal rehab things like granite counters, refinishing the cabinets (they're solid wood and in good condition) and updating the hardware, installing floating vinyl faux wood planks, updating all light and water fixtures, replacing the appliances with black stainless steel ones (I don't like the look of regular stainless) and, of course, painting. 

I still own the first one and I wish it would sink into a black hole.

For right now I'm fine with my 2008 Saturn Aura as it's black and looks like an expensive lexus but you can find them for under 6k right now.

Learning how to do basic stuff is so crucial  to keeping your profits in the Black .ive been burnt before so I never call now unless there’s no way I can Do it myself .

After that I think people tend to look at VAs as black boxes, rather than as people/team members with their own hopes, goals, dreams, and ambitions.
