There's so many options for land owners, dairy farms, poultry farms, chicken farms, orchards and vineyards.

And why lie about paying all cash?

For you to be even looked at as a viable sponsor or investor you have to have experience (chicken or egg issue). 

I’d be lying if I said “I’m not worried”.I’ve spent a lot of time trying to research my options but all I could find were mortgage servicing companies that deal with hedge funds and REIT’s. 

It took weeks of hearing excuses and lies before we received our money, and of this note weeks later the person who laid the tile has yet to receive final payment for the completed job.

And I will tell them that in order to generate wealth, it requires investing in assets that produce a steady, dependable return.But more importantly, I want to demonstrate the lies that people are told about their finances.
