I would do stainless for sure on all kitchen appliances (assuming the rest of the remodel is done to look high end, sometimes if it is a cheaper flip and you are just trying to make it look clean and basic you can save money with more basic appliances.)

As long as you first have it tested for asbestos, removing popcorn is still a lot cheaper and easier.

I do OOS investing and really for my market it’s the way to go I’d be saving forever to pay for a property and I wouldn’t make any progress I go OOS and it’s so much easier and rent is higher and property is much cheaper if I get enough I might come to my market but so far OOS works for me
