Hello everyone, I'm looking for a good general contractor to do some work in the Towson MD 21286 area.

Are there contractors that specialize in this kind of thing?

I hate hanging doors of any type and I think a lot of contractors may feel the same way so it could be a little pricey to have done.

And it seems central to so many good working PA cities. What’s tour thoughts on York? And looking for any recommendations on Prop managers or contractors.

Around 15 properties Biz #3, 50% - Around 25 properties.Some of my major expenses are: Private contractors, around $200K/yr. 

This is not to say I have not bought vacant as I have on several occasions but it has to be a strategic purpose (ie I have a contractor on area who will buy it from me and we have a ballpark price already determined).

Looking for GC/plumbers for Bonus room conversion to a Full bathroom, any recommendations?

Is it better to go with a turnkey provider who takes care of all the initial costs and management, or is it better to find a property on your own, find a contractor on your own, and find a property management co on your own?

Great to meet pretty much anyone whether it be lenders, contractors, buy/hold, wholesalers, flippers, etc.
