Im starting a big marketing campaign in the next week or so to start looking for one.

We’ve built an incredible direct booking website, hired a marketing company to do direct marketing campaigns, streamlined our operations to provide a better customer service experience and have been focusing on building our brand so that we aren’t as dependent on OTAs.

Hey BP,I'm looking to start a direct mail campaign with a target to get listings, or deals under contract to wholesale.  

I think concensus shows that you should stick the money into doing your first deal whether it be a down payment or money for marketing a wholesaling campaign, etc.

I'm researching direct mail for my first wholesale marketing campaign and from what I have heard, yellow letters have the best response rate at about 11%.

And what's greats tools to help me along the way .I know the market I want to start my mailing campaign .

Sort of like an email drip campaign.
