Print it and  read it Regardless of what you do you’re 30 to 60 days out from any implementation of any rules. 30 days if the tenant has been living there less  than 12 consecutively months or 60 days if the tenant has been living there over 12 consecutive months. 

How it will work is first working with the officials in that area you will get a Elevation Certificate (EC) developed off the blue prints.
