When we officially move these houses over to my LLC, which name goes on the title?

I still do CE every year so I am officially inactive but can start up any time I want without taking a test.. the other cool thing they had that was just for a short time was the UTS testwhich I took and passed 100%  this allows you to be licensed on all states or near all states and only have to take the state part of the test not the whole enchilada. 

They will REQUIRE a signed release by the applying company saying that the applicant authorizes the release of their credit information.

I’ve read that increasing rent to what you believe is obtainable, isn’t always that easy because you need approval from the housing authority.

If the city starts fining you for a safety issue they were ignoring before... well, the only reason it’s taken this long is city officials trying to please landlords, and frankly I don’t want this issue to be ignored in my name.
