I'm an active investor in Norfolk and am very familiar with the market.I'd be very cautious entering into a "break even" investment.

After realizing that I was spending money on stuff that would depreciate in value or things that would last for only a short while I decided to really get serious about how I made money and how I spent money.This is where the quadrants really come into play for my life.

A good agent will have an enstablished client base of owners and users to call upon and an active network.  

There are many real estate focused CPAs very active here on BP who work virtually  like @Daniel Hyman & a Houston local @Michael Plaks
