The landlord property code you are referencing seems to be more targeted to the ability to lock the door from the inside without the ability to unlock from outside.

Believe what you want to feel more secure in your abilities.

I kid you not, lists are being made for follow-up in 24-48 months when a boiler goes out, or a new roof is needed and owners figure out there 6 cap time-bomb just got a bill for maintenance equivalent to 4 years profits, lol.

You would need to set up a management company either as a DBA or an LLC, which is different than using your own name thus giving you the ability to separate yourself from the tenant.Hope that helps

Try to find a product that has an add value ability from the exterior items, the interior concept including washer and dryer location.

If a bill is estimated you can have a bump too.

Plus if the teller isn't doing their job, the tenant could have the ability to pry for personal information associated with my bank account.
