My mistake was listening to the property manager (who sold me the property) and now replacing the roof at the time of purchase and rolled the cost into the loan.Now my question is the legistics of replacing a roof.  

@Dale PlantThe last time around, it took 3-4 years before the tumbleweeds rolled in and price returned to the planet.Another thing to keep in mind is much of the {camp} housing is not permanent, but trailers and semi-permanent accommodations.  

We have been pre-approved for an FHA or conventional to build a new home and have received a GFE and closing costs worksheet.  

Hi Tracey,I took the 3 day seminar last month and it is a good program if you can afford the 20K AND have money in reserve to bank roll your RE deals.

The plan for 2015 is to do one of these deals just to get the ball rolling (but that could change depending on how well it goes).

I have read and researched about getting started and have even made my first step in going into a bank and getting a credit checked to see if I am pre-qualified for loans.
