When it comes to local meetups and groups, I strongly recommend joining your local REIA (Real Estate Investors Association).

The main challenge with some of these are the dimensions of your lot and configuring the site to allow the minimum stacking of vechicles.Depending on your use, a 5000 sq ft building may be tough to fit in this size lot when looking at how much parking you want/need, building setbacks, landscaping setbacks etc.   

I have a couple of good HVAC subcontractors that we could recommend. 

Experiences help us to determine good estimates and I generally estimate on the high side and can enjoy the pleasant surprises.

Week of 8/11 - 8/17:Accomplishments:- Received PUD approval for 135 SFH site in Leesburg, FL.- Received an offer for one of our new construction homes in Palm Bay, FL.- Completed a 7-minute speech at my local Toastmasters organization. 

I don’t know if I should keep pumping up the numbers in my 401k and getting the tax benefits, or lower my contributions and out money into a high interest savings account for my next down payment

I highly doubt Marco with all he had going on started that note program as a fraud like these folks are claiming..

I recommend with connecting with the young realtist division of los angeles.
