The markets I would target are the fort Campbell Clarksville tn ; fort carson Colorado springs co ; Eglin AFB ; Fort Lewis JBLM Tacoma wa and Fayetteville nc Fort Bragg areas.

Are there other areas that have that Fort Myers or Lauderdale-by-the-Sea vibe that we should consider?

I agree with @Hattie Dizmond and @Peter M.I was looking at some properties in Fort Worth Texas a while back that I couldn't believe were on market without getting gobbled up.

We do have a lot of renters though and they stay full because of Fort Campbell.
